How to use: Simply mix 1 sachet into 350-400mls water or milk, or into a smoothie and enjoy. Have 1 serving per day, with your first meal. Alternatively divide the daily serving into 2 - have half with your breakfast and the other half with your lunch or evening meal.

This is because a BBE date is different from an expiry date. In fact because HeraRise is such a new and unique blend, our manufacturer gave a shorter BBE date than most other supplement powders. My order hasn’t arrived.

If you place your order before 2pm on a weekday, we'll send it out the same day. If not, we'll get it on its way to you by the next working day. Look out for the ‘Shipping Update’ email that we send on the day of shipping. This will link to the Royal Mail tracking website.

How do I take HeraRise?

Simply add a level dessert spoon of HeraRise powder to a glassful of water (min 250ml) and stir well - wait for it to dissolve and turn from a pale earthy colour to green. Then drink and enjoy!Alternatively stir into a 250ml glass of milk or natural unsweetened yoghurt or kefir or your favourite unsweetened smoothie.

When can I take HeraRise?

Just once a day with food. It is recommended that you take HeraRise with your first meal of the day but also experiment with taking it at other meal times. Alternatively you can have half the amount with your first meal, then the other half with your second meal of the day.

Why Does HeraRise Go Thick After Mixing With Water?

This ‘gloopy’ texture is the beneficial prebiotic guar gum powder. We added guar gum into HeraRise because it is a Low FODMAP, non-bloating, natural fibre that is good for your gut health. It is also gluten free and has a neutral flavour.

Is HeraRise Gluten Free?

Yes, we made sure HeraRise is gluten free as we want our drink to be enjoyed by all and not exclude someone with gluten intolerance or celiac disease.

How much Magnesium is in HeraRise?

HeraRise contains two types of magnesium - 1,237.62mg of Magnesium Citrate (equivalent to 200mg magnesium) and 780.14mg Magnesium Glycinate (equivalent to 110mg magnesium). The recommended daily dose of HeraRise therefore provides total elemental magnesium of 310mg, which is a really good amount.

Is HeraRise suitable for males?

Yes. HeraRise is suitable for every adult*. Although HeraRise was designed for women’s health - the anti inflammatory and other benefits can potentially be had by all. *We don't recommend HeraRise for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

What is Thaumatin?

Thaumatin is from the West African Katemfe fruit. It is a natural protein that tastes sweet in the mouth. We use it in HeraRise to help it taste sweet, in a similar way you may use stevia powder. We choose thaumatin, instead of using dried fruit powder, because it doesn't act like sugar in the body, so it avoids the blood sugar spike that dried fruit powders can potentially lead to.

What is Maltodextrin?

Maltodextrin is modified corn starch. We wanted a powder that would help HeraRise mix well but not lead to gut bloating or an intolerance/allergy response. Supplement drinks like HeraRise need to have some sort of powder to help with the flow and to avoid clumping of ingredients. It was really important to us that we choose one that would not potential lead to gut bloating or irritation. For our co-founder Emma Ellice Flint, this was very important, since she works with women in perimenopause and menopause who often find they have increased gut bloating at this time in their lives. So we chose maltodextrin over other powders that might not be as neutral in their gut response.
