HeraRise Popsicles – your daily dose, frozen
The perfect way to cool down and nourish up – ideal for sunny days, mid-afternoon slumps, or just because!
👉 What you’ll need:
💫 HeraRise – 1 serving per popsicle (don’t exceed 1 per day)
💧 250ml water or natural unsweetened yoghurt or 🥥 coconut milk
🍡 Popsicle moulds + sticks
✨ Optional extras to lush it up:
🍋 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon or lime zest – for a bright, citrusy zing, add to HeraRise+water
🫚 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger – spicy, refreshing + anti-inflammatory, add to HeraRise+water
🥜 ~1 heaped teaspoon chopped pistachios or almonds – crunch + protein, add to the HeraRise+yoghurt or milk combo
💡 Method: Stir HeraRise really well with the water or yoghurt or milk first, wait 5 minutes, then stir extras through or layer them for a pretty effect. Freeze overnight & enjoy a nourishing, cooling popsicle when you need a boost! 🧊🌿
